What is a IGT Player Direct account?

The IGT Player Direct account is a new feature from the IGT Player Direct.

You can purchase wagers online and all of your winnings of $600 and under will be immediately deposited into your account and funds are accessible through the IGT Player Direct Player Card Account / IGT Player Direct Discover Prepaid Card.

NOTE: All winners above $600.99 will be processed through the Lottery's claim process.

Who can play?

Any person within the state of [State] who is 18 years of age or over.

What are the benefits of becoming a registered player?

Prizes up to $600 will be automatically deposited to your account. Funds can be accessed through ACH or your IGT Player Direct [Credit Card] Player Card Account / IGT Player Direct [Credit Card] Prepaid Card.

Registered players also benefit from the following:

  • Easily set up or modify wagering to allow automatic placing of wagers on the portal without going to a retailer.
  • Receive email notifications when you have won a prize and other key events such as when deposits to your account have occurred.
  • Access your [Credit Card] Player Card Account or [Credit Card] Prepaid Card balances, transaction history and other account management functionality.

NOTE: Existing My Lottery Players must upgrade to a free Player account in order to take full advantage of all account benefits.

What is Online Wagering?

Subscriptions wagering allows a player to configure one or more lottery wagers to be automatically placed for a set number of draws for a game, using the numbers the player has chosen or Quick Pick option. Currently Mega Millions, Powerball, Classic Lotto47 and Fantasy 5 are offered.

When the player wins, the system will automatically process prizes up to $600 and notify the winner when the winnings have been deposited to your account. For prizes of $601 and above, winners must follow the Lottery's claims process.

How do I know if I have won?

You will receive notification emails or text message for subscription winning tickets.

What is a IGT Player Direct [Credit Card] Player Card Account?

A Player Card Account is a prepaid [Credit Card] account that allows you to access funds deposited by you or on your behalf in your account for online or telephone order purchases. The account does not constitute a checking or savings account and is not connected in any way to any other accounts you may have. The Player Card Account is not a gift card, nor is it intended to be used for gifting purposes. The Player Card Account is not a credit card. You will not receive any interest on the funds in your Player Card Account.

How can I claim prizes of more than $600?

Winners of prizes above $600.99 will have to claim their prizes through the Lottery's claim process. (Hyperlink) All JACKPOT winners will be contacted by the IGT Player Direct for further instructions.

What is the Lottery's claim process?

Winners will have to fill out an official Subscriptions online claim form of the IGT Player Direct Winners will need the reference # and their user ID information.

How can I use the winnings accumulated in my IGT Player Direct Account?

Your winnings can be spent on future subscriptions purchases, online purchases using your [Credit Card] Player Card Account, or you may request a [Credit Card] prepaid card. Use your card in stores and restaurants, purchase gas, groceries and entertainment tickets. You can only spend the money loaded to your account.

Can I get cash with my IGT Player Direct [Credit Card] Prepaid Card?

Yes. A pin number for ATM withdrawals or cash back at a point of sale is associated with your card account and is available through the tool free customer service number.

Will I automatically receive a plastic IGT Player Direct [Credit Card] Prepaid Card. associated with my IGT Player Direct ewallet or IGT Player Direct [Credit Card] Player Card Account in the mail?

No. From the portal you can request to have a plastic card associated with your ewallet mailed to you. You can then spend your winnings by making purchases everywhere [Credit Card] Debit cards are accepted. Use your card in stores and restaurants, purchase gas, groceries and entertainment tickets.

How can I check my balance?

You can check your current balance online anytime via your My Lottery Subscription account or you can call the toll free number located on the back of the card.

Will I receive a monthly statement?

No, but you can view your transactions and balance anytime via your My Lottery account.

Does the balance in my account earn interest?

No.
